Investor Relations Lead

Position Summary:

The Investor Relations Lead will serve as the key liaison between the company and its investors.

This individual will play a critical role in strategic decision-making and ensuring transparency, trust, and alignment with stakeholders and the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and commuicate company performance using KPIs and variance analysis
• Develop and maintain relationships with investors (institutional and individual)
• Create and distribute investor updates, reports, and presentations
• Manage data rooms and fundraising documentation
• Support capital raising efforts, including pitch materials and due diligence
• Coordinate investor meetings, webinars, and communications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a high-growth company
• Knowledge of financial processes and corporate structures
• Familiarity with investor reporting tools
• Passion for building transparent and investor-friendly financial systems
• Collaborative and driven
