Position Summary:
The Investor Relations Lead will serve as the key liaison between the company and its investors.
This individual will play a critical role in strategic decision-making and ensuring transparency, trust, and alignment with stakeholders and the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and commuicate company performance using KPIs and variance analysis
- Develop and maintain relationships with investors (institutional and individual)
- Create and distribute investor updates, reports, and presentations
- Manage data rooms and fundraising documentation
- Support capital raising efforts, including pitch materials and due diligence
- Coordinate investor meetings, webinars, and communications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a high-growth company
- Knowledge of financial processes and corporate structures
- Familiarity with investor reporting tools
- Passion for building transparent and investor-friendly financial systems
- Collaborative and driven
