Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant provides essential support by managing schedules, handling communications, organizing documents. This role ensures the smooth and efficient operation of the company while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Handle some incoming calls and emails; respond or redirect as needed.
- Organize and maintain files, both digital and physical.
- Coordinate and facilitate needs.
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting.
- Support event planning and team communications.
- Perform data entry.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and organizing documentation.
- Provide general administrative support.
Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor.
- 2+ years of administrative experience.
- Proficient Computer skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and professional attitude.
