Job Summary:
The Financial Analyst is responsible for analyzing financial data, and developing forecasts that support strategic decision-making. This role plays a critical part in budgeting, reporting, and evaluating business performance to improve outcomes and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.
- Prepare financial reports.
- Assist in the creation of budgets and long-range financial plans.
- Monitor financial performance metrics and provide recommendations.
- Support investment analysis, business cases, and pricing strategies.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting tools.
- Evaluate cost structures, operating margins, and potential risk areas.
- Communicate financial positions and plans with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2 years of relevant experience in financial planning & analysis, accounting, or consulting.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and finance tools; experience with financial modeling.
- Familiarity with accounting systems and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
