Job Summary:
The Product Manager is responsible for defining, developing, and driving the execution of product strategies that align with customer needs and business objectives. This role serves as the bridge between engineering, design, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the product vision, roadmap, and strategy based on market research, user feedback, and business goals.
- Translate product ideas into detailed requirements, user stories, and wireframes.
- Prioritize features and enhancements using data-driven decision-making and customer insights.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality product releases on time.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities and gaps.
- Lead product launch efforts including go-to-market planning, documentation, and training.
- Measure and report product performance through KPIs and user engagement metrics.
- Collect user feedback post-launch to guide iterative improvements.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure product alignment with market needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- 3 years of Product Management experience.
- Strong understanding of the product lifecycle, methodologies, and principles.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Background in customer discovery and prototyping.
- Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with testing and experimentation.
