Sales Manager

Reports To: Senior Sales Manager

Location: Remote – Travel as Needed

Job Summary:

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, developing strategic plans to achieve revenue goals, and building strong customer relationships. This role requires a combination of leadership, data analysis, and direct selling skills to drive growth and meet performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Set individual and team sales goals, and monitor performance.
  • Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with key clients and prospects.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and campaigns.
  • Generate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
  • Analyze sales data to refine strategy and identify improvement areas.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience in Sales or Marketing
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
