Reports To: Senior Sales Manager
Location: Remote – Travel as Needed
Job Summary:
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, developing strategic plans to achieve revenue goals, and building strong customer relationships. This role requires a combination of leadership, data analysis, and direct selling skills to drive growth and meet performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- Set individual and team sales goals, and monitor performance.
- Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
- Maintain and grow relationships with key clients and prospects.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and campaigns.
- Generate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Analyze sales data to refine strategy and identify improvement areas.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience in Sales or Marketing
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
